To be honest today’s visit was meant to be purely to view what was available but with the wonderful experience we had it convinced us to make our purchase there and then. Jag the sales assistant was knowledgeable attentive and extremely polite as well as professional.

Jag came across as we entered the store and guided me through the purchase giving me time to make up my mind.

Found bed we were after with large choice to choose from no high pressure sales technique used by staff. Sales team were present to assist when needed even during busy weekend. Sales person who assisted was Jenny at Brierley Hill branch. A few ways i think the store could be improved are: Final prices with price reduction displayed on each bed signage for ease of understanding final sales price. Different types of mattresses grouped together for easier comparison.

The staff were very nice to me and very helpfull and friendly

The CSA (Dee) was very attentive and helpful from the moment we enterer the store, unlike our previous experience at a competitor store

The staff over there was very friendly and she spent time for me to find the best bed that sutable for my situation.

Sam was extremely helpful, taking lots of time to ensure that I purchased the correct product, including giving me some very helpful advice on pillows. The store was also very clean and welcoming.

Staff were more knowledgeable than we expected and went out of their way to help us make the right decision. They even moved a mattress across the showroom so that we could try it on a slatted base. With teas and coffees while we chose we were impressed at the whole experience.

The whole experience went very well Jenny is a credit to the company and answered all our questions very well. she made the purchase of our mattress very easy and smooth Thank you

People there always go out there way to sort you out .a lady called Dee served me today which was really helpfulll 10/10 thanks
