Heather was brilliant. Really friendly, great product knowledge and not too pushy at all. Felt no pressure but she won us over.

Warm welcome immediately when entered the store. Noticed how clean and felt well protected. Offered a coffee and was very impressed with the technology to ascertain which mattress would be suitable. Heather was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would not hesitate in recommending Dreams at Brierley Hill.

From the moment I step through the door the sales assistant was both friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I felt as though they know the right beds for me to try and assisted me through to completion of order. A very satisfied customer here!

We were met at the door and during our time were offered a drink. The staff member who met us went to help someone else while we thought about what to do and was still busy when we were ready but another staff member immediately came to us and was equally helpful. A very pleasing experience throughout our visit.

We were left alone to look around and then advised by the salesman what was best for us

Abs and Jenny were top drawer. Unbelievable service. Abs took us round to the machine that analyses your body position then all the potential ones that would suit us. He wasn’t ‘salesy’ he was knowledgeable and friendly… top guy, I’d have bought a mattress from him even if I didn’t need one. Jenny was great she was professional polite and extremely helpful. Both Made our experience a great one

The assistant, Heather, was extremely courteous and helpful, a proper sales person. Her knowledge was good and nothing was too much trouble. Heather is an asset to your company, great her well. I ha e been to other stores and the sales staff were not helpful and had not much knowledge. You have a star at Merry Hill branch.

Took my grandson age 13 to choose a mattress, he was treated exceptionally well, salesperson understood his needs despite age and very impressed with product knowledge
