I took my Mum to the store she couldn’t get around due to joint problems in the knees Abz was amazing he brought the mattress to my mum so she didn’t have to walk around the shop, he was very friendly explained everything to us, he encourage my Mum to lay on the bed not just sit on the bed so she could get the feel of it, we only went in to buy the bed but ended up getting the quilt and bed sheets probably wouldn’t have got the extra items only did because Abz was so welcoming.

the assistant helped us right away said what we wanted she found it and told us about it the delivery came early was very pleased about that

My mum and I went in today looking for a new double bed and the service we received from Abs was absolutely fantastic. He was really friendly and made us feel comfortable and not pressured at all. After finding the bed base I liked he made sure I found the perfect mattress by trying different types and focused on finding one that was comfortable rather than pushing a higher sale. He listened to what I wanted/didn't like and suggested different mattresses to suit my preferences. Considering we were a bit unsure about visiting as we'd visited other places earlier in the day and been disappointed, I couldn't be happier with the service we received. Will definitely be suggesting the store to friends and family and should we need anything in future will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our time in dreams looking for the right mattress for us and to make the decision eaiser we had the lovely salesman abs who explained everything we needed to know,he made us feel comfortable by making us a drink he gave us plenty of time too make our choose and even took our son around the shop to play on the beds while we decided, he was absolutely fabulous and we will be back again! Thank you abs

I was satisfied with the way all my needs were dealt with and a friendly service.

A really helpful staff member called Faye helped me find exactly what I needed in the short time frame we had in store. We even had a bit of banter which is always welcome! The prices were really fair and I saved money without losing any quality. I also got everything I needed in one place to take away immediately. I'll be sleeping well from now on. Big thanks to Faye and the great store she worked in, couldn't be happier! :)

Dee was understanding and patient on all my questioning. Product knowledge was extensive.
