Walked in and found it very easy to find the sofa bed we had previously looked at online we also found it very easy to find a new bed we wanted, Dee was friendly and helped us on our decisions especially when it came to picking a mattress as me and my partner have different requirements in a mattress. She wasn't pushy and gave us plenty of time and information so we could make the right decision for us. When we came to order it was quite long winded however we were offered refreshments and had a laugh with Dee. We came out very happy with our purchase and now cannot wait for it to be delivered.

The branch manager Abs had provided an excellent service. I only went to have a look, however ended up buying a bed due to the excellent service provided. The sales assistant Faye was fabulous We chose a mattress within our price range she explained everything to us the different qualitys and the difference between the mattresses she was very friendly and understood our needs Arranged delivery And also chucked in some pillows and mattress protector which was a great bonus they even offered us tea and coffee superb customer service would recommend dreams to family and friends outstanding service from Faye

From the moment we walked into store, the staff were friendly but not overly pushy! We were unsure of what we wanted but were helped by Dee (Brierley Hill) and also the store manager to make an informed choice. We were offered a drink whilst looking around the store which helped us feel relaxed and that we could take our time in choosing our new bed. Even when we were indecisive, I felt that we were given space to discuss our options but also given information and time. Our adviser's knowledge was up to date and she understood a lot about the product she was selling. We were very happy with our experience today and really appreciate the time, care and attention that was given without feeling as though the store wanted to make a quick sale!
