Dreams - Brierley Hill

When we first went into the store the previous week, we were greeted by a sales assistant who gave us fabulous advice relating to Ottoman style beds - plus she was very knowledgeable about the Tempur mattress range. We were offered a coffee whilst we browsed and, at no point where we pressed into a sale. We were given a quote which we took away with us to research. We were delighted with the quote and the service so we decided to return to the store a week later to make our purchase, trying to ensure we saw the same Sales Assistant (Faye) as she had been extremely helpful. Faye remembered us from the previous week and she dealt with us in a friendly and efficient manner. We completed our purchase and are delighted - Faye is a credit to Dreams (Validation Code 086)

We were looked after by Dee. She was very knowledgeable about the products giving us the right amount of attention whilst also allowing us time on our own to talk our options through.

ABS the sales man was great. Helped us establish what sort of bed would suit us best then gave us time to test and discuss. Didn't try and sell us the most expensive bed in the shop

Very efficient and helpful staff, especially Faye who placed our order. As the frame we ordered won't be available till January the manager offered to lend us a base until then. Very impressed with the quality of service.

We were dealt with by Sam at the Merry Hill Store in Dudley. She was extremely knowledgeable and was very friendly. She showed us all of the options available for the bed we picked and even spoke with her manager to get us some discount! She is a credit to the store!

We where greeted straight away... Showed us the range on beds.. Asked if we wanted a drink of tea, coffee etc.

Good advice, products good, happy days

Abs and Sam couldn't do enough for us. Abs showed us all the different types of beds and mattresses, as I have an extremely bad back plus Spondylosis I needed a very firm orthopaedic mattress. Abs and Sam went above and beyond customer service you would normally expect. I was helped on and off each bed I tried, the different types of mattresses were explained to me and the different types of bases as well. I was so pleased with the way myself and husband were treated it totally made my day. They should both be rewarded for the above and beyond customer service we experienced, it was fantastic.
