Extremely knowledgable staff. Very helpful and friendly, without rushing or pushing in anyway. Speedy deliver and kept up to date continuesly of time etc. Fitted bed, took off their shoes and cleaned up after theirselves. Happy from entering into shop through to final of delivering /fitting bed.

Jenny was very knowledgeable & of the products & listened to our needs & requirements & pointed us in the right direction which without her help would of taken ages or been impossible. We had specific requirements of a cool bed & extreme comfort but supportive. It may of cost us more than we anticipated but we trust the comfort factor will compensate! We only wish it could of been delivered the next day!!! Jenny is an asset to your staff.

Really attentative sales person(though not overly!) got offered a tea/coffee upon arriving and was left to look around at my own leisure, until I was ready to consult with the salesperson. Made me feel really at ease with the shopping experience, where at other places over the last few days I had felt stressed and even pressured into making a purchase. Really greatful for the service I received and would definitely point family and friends in your direction.

We have recently brought a new house which we are hoping to move into by the end of the Year- Staff where very friendly and very helpful whilst choosing our first bed, they showed us all the possible options we could go for and helped us pick out everything for our perfect bed including the frame, storage and the headboard all at a reasonable price. We were also impressed that the delivery can be pushed back as we are buying a new build we are unsure when we need the bed delivering. We would definitely shop at dreams again.

Advisor was brilliant, explained the different type of products to us without being pushy or bombarding us with too much information so we could make a clear and informed decision.

WIDE CHOICE VERY HELPFUL ASSISTANT

We had in our mind what we needed but not what we were looking for. The sales assistant explained how the beds were colour coded according to soft/firmness & listened to our issues we had with our current mattress. She showed us the range of mattresses that would best suit our needs, gave us appropriate information & answered our questions. She then said she'd leave us to try all the mattresses for ourselves, so that we didn't feel pressurised & to take all the time we needed, letting us know where she could be found when were ready. She was then very helpful with the ordering process, giving us all appropriate information & options.
