Sam was helpful throughout the visit and she took her time to explain the different products that were on offer . Furthermore, she was very patient and listened to the questions which we had. The one thing which we liked most was that she did not influence or pressurise to buy any of the products. She was very professional and did not at all share her personal opinion or preference.

Abs was very friendly and helpful he was initially upstairs and once we came downstairs he was happy to go upstairs again to check on clearance items for us. Abs asked what our price range was and what we needed highlighted items we would be best to look at and left us to investigate further. Once we were ready to discuss further Abs was available to discuss. My daughter and myself had a Sue Bayley laugh with Abs whilst completing the order and the surrounding team were very friendly and chatty.

The store assistant found the type of mattress were looking for very quickly.

Both Jenny and her male colleague were very friendly - knowledgeable and offered a cup of coffee whilst I was in store.

The staff were very polite and friendly and gave us lots of helpful information marketing our decision on a purchase a lot easier

We were given excellent advice and service by the store assistant whose name was jenny. She was very informative and provided various options following our requests which lead to a very satisfactory purchase.

Upon walking into the store we were greeted by most members of staff and offered a drunk by the manager abs He also helped us to find what we were looking for and what was suitable for our budget We had a great time and made our experience very good
