The shop was very welcoming. The staff were attentive to our needs without being intrusive in our need to be able to test and try out the mattress. Then when we had made our choice the attention given was both efficient and friendly without becoming too over familiar.

Both Jenny and Abs provided both sensible and factual advice in our search for a good mattress. Jenny listened to our long history of mattress purchases and how we were at our wits end with continued discomfort and more recently lack of sleep due to poor mattress selection in the past. Both staff gave us all the advice, time and attention we needed. We visited the store in the morning, had a good think about which mattress to purchase over lunch then returned in the afternoon. We had our two boys with us and Abs was particularly wonderful with them in making them feel welcome. He gave them some colouring and my son even had a hot chocolate! My boys came away also having learned and experienced what types of beds are on the market! A fantastic experience for the whole family! We never went shopping to any other bed shops because of our positive experience at this Brierley Hill store. Many thanks.

Assistance was given initially and then we were left to discuss the product privately whilst the assistant still observed us in case we needed more help.

From the time we walked in the shop Faye was there to help us decide which bed would be the best for us. She was very pleasant and very helpful.

salesperson greeted us as soon as we arrived and offered us tea/coffee and explained the colour coding system for the different types of mattress construction. he asked if we needed any help or would we prefer to look around ourselves, we opted to look around ourselves and tried numerous beds until we had found one which was what we wanted.( Most shops that I have been into in the past the sales staff tend to follow you around and keep asking if you need any help, which really annoys me and I usually walk out of the shop, so this was a welcome change.) once we were happy with our choice of bed the salesman (ABS) was very helpful in assisting us testing out different types of pillows nothing was too much trouble. also the lady who arranged the order (FAYE) was very helpful and efficient.
