The member of staff (cannot remember her name but she was female with hazelnut hair to shoulder) was absolutely fantastic and although I had a very specific need she was able to sort it all the while being friendly and efficient.

I had been let down by Benson's on an agreed delivery date. Because this item was purchased as a wedding gift it was imperative that it arrived on the or before the 10th. Faye managed to put me at ease as I was very anxious when I arrived at the store. She advised my Daughter about the mattresses and beds she was looking at. And she was impeccably patient and understanding throughout. A great asset to your company.

Lady Maggie and I entered the store feeling quite sceptical but Abs made us feel at ease in no time , he gave us all the information we needed about the product we were interested in and then left us to chat between ourselves . Lady Maggie is 96 and he treated her with the utmost respect and dignity . Our visit was thoroughly enjoyable and we went away very happy with our purchases .
