Dreams - Brierley Hill

I was dealt with by Abdulla. I called up during my lunch brake to let them know I was coming after work and they be able to see me and my wife even if we were running a little late. We turned up on time and he was able to show, demonstrate and explain everything we needed to know and Abdulla exercised amazing customer service through out the process.

Jag looked after us on our first visit. His professionalism and knowledge was very good and he answered all our queries. On our second visit, Abs looked after us as Jag was on a day off. His professionalism and knowledge matched that of Jag. it was a great pleasure to deal with them both and found both of them to be very courteous and friendly.

We knew what we were looking for the Customer Service Assistant (Jenny) directed us to relevant beds for us to try so there was no wondering about the store. The order was placed quickly and efficiently with a quick delivery.

the store manager. abdulla. was extremely helpful and i felt comfortable with him. everywhere else that i looked at beds the help just was not there. nothing was too much trouble for abdulla and would deal with him again. and would send friends and family to him knowing he would sort them out too.also there was coffee offered as soon as i walked through the door. that made me feel at home.

Heather at the dreams Brierley Hill branch was exceptionally personable and understanding. She helped my wife and I to find the mattress we were looking for, for the price we needed. We had a great experience with dreams and will definitely return if we are shopping for bedding in the future.

Jagdeep was excellent, very knowledgeable about mattress products and helped me to make an informed decision based on the test results and price. Very friendly and I liked his consultative approach, no hard sell yet I bought tempur pillows and a mattress protector which I wasn’t expecting! A great shopping experience
