Dreams - Brierley Hill

ABS the salesmen who helped us at the brierley hill store could not have been more helpful. Not only was he a funghi his knowledge on the products was second to none he managed to find the right mattress for us at the right price. We came away from the store happy with our purchase and the free coffee. Would highly recommend this store.

-Not normally an enthusiastic shopper (unlike my wife) I found the visit to your Brierley Hill store a pleasure. -Greeted with the offer of tea or coffee by the most cheerful manager I have ever encountered. -Introduced to Dee who, having been in retail for a considerable period, could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable about the products on offer. -All in all a really good experience.

We were served by Abs - who is such a fun guy. We had the right balance of banter and professionalism. Even though the store was getting very busy he gave us his undivided attention throughout. Nothing was too much trouble - his knowledge re beds made the whole experience fab ! I've already told my sister how great both the products and service is at Dreams Brierley Hill - will definately be coming back Thanks for everything

Knowledgeable and friendly staff

Dee was very friendly and easy to talk to,asked a couple of times if we wanted a drink talked about all the options purchasing a mattress which is very difficult very helpful and attentive have bought two beds from dreams and will go back again.

Given good information about different beds which is what we needed to know .

Staff member Faye from the merry hill branch, was very helpful and listened to my needs attentively, also walked me around the store and helped me find the beds I needed. Very helpful thank you

Good options and helpful staff

Abs was very helpful. I had phoned ahead as we live an hour away and he made an effort to make sure he would have what we wanted for when we got there. He was very welcoming and sat going through everything with us and made us feel very welcome and not trying to push us into a purchase. We did not feel like he was trying to get the order done quick and get rid of us like some shops do as he sat chatting to us and the kids for a little while. All in all he was fantastic and we came away from the shop feeling happy with our purchase and the service we have received.
