JENNY was a extremely professional and helpful salesperson who answered all our questions and her friendly approach decided us to make our purchase with Dreams. Very happy with the whole shopping experience. We have not shopped before at Dreams but will certainly return.....providing your assistance are still the same.

We were served by Abs in store. As a family we found him to be friendly, fun and informative. He gave us an appropriate level of help, support and information throughout our 2 visits to the store. He introduced himself by name and asked exactly what it was we were looking for before demonstrating to us the different structure of the mattresses, and what to consider before choosing. We had a clear idea as to colour, and a general idea of style, and he was very helpful in directing us towards a bed that would best meet our needs and budget. This was in stark contrast to our experience at a rival store, where they did not have a bed in the colour we wanted, and suggested we change the colour of the room to match the bed instead. When we returned a couple of days later he remembered our previous visit and helped us to finalise our choice and delivery options. Brilliant

We were well looked after and given advice where necessary. Our budget was respected, although we spent nearly double the amount planned, but we did accept the advice given in regard to the mattress, which is where most of the increased cost came from. Our comfort whilst in the store was also attended to in an excellent manner. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. As a retired shopkeeper of approx 40 years, I am very critical of poor service and very much appreciate staff who look after my interests as a customer and show concern for the impression they are creating of their employer. The service at Dreams on this occasion was first class!

I was Highly Satisfied with my experience at Dreams in Brierley Hill because the man there that served us was very friendly and understood us as customers. He knew what we wanted from the start but still gave us plenty of options and was really good service overall.

Abs and Jennifer made my visit very pleasant. They were extremely welcoming and went through everything in great detail with me. I was very satisfied with the level of expertise and service. Will definitely be visiting the same store again in the future.
