Staff was helpfull and friendly

The store layout was easily managed. The staff were pleasant and helpful but not in our faces. We were given all information for which we asked. Once we had decided on our purchase our assistant was very clear in her description of the process, helpful with delivery arrangements, etc. All in all a pleasant and untroubled experience. On the subject of the recommendation question - we are not in the habit of recommending anything to anyone as we know people's experiences and expectations differ. One minor gripe - can't stand piped music in public places, but I guess we're on a loser there as most people seem to. Thanks.

We received excellent customer service from all members of staff at the brierley hill store. Abs (store manager) was particularly helpful as he found us a high quality mattress that suited our budget. We were very happy with our purchase. The staff were also very good at providing toys etc to keep my toddler entertained, as I discussed the products with my husband and Abs. Overall, a very pleasing and hassle free purchase. Furthermore, I would definitely recommend to others and also return in the future to purchase more products.
