Very pleasant and helpful staff. 5 star service given necessary attention without being pushy in any way. Lovely experience for what I expected to be a bit of a nightmare! Options and choices quickly narrowed down for my needs and I was able to try them in a relaxed manner before deciding. Excellent.

Good and wide ranges to choose from. More importantly the availability of assistance, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable advice given when we needed to check certain matters. Also easy/swift ordering, and reasonable delivery time.

I was served by jag whilst I made my purchase and I could not sing his praises highly enough. He gave me a comprehensive and time consuming education on all bed-types which I highly valued given I knew nothing really at all beforehand. He was also very accommodating, offering me and parter (whom he treated with equal respect to myself) refreshment. Aside from securing me a fantastic financial deal, more so than Dreams' competitors, I would say he completly satisfied every other criteria for being a salesman of the highest quality. Ticking the boxes for; professionalism, patience, honesty, clarity, thoroughness and friendliness.

Dee at Merry Hill store was very patient with us even though we took our time deciding. She made us fully aware of our options and spent time to understand what we wanted. When needed, other staff stepped in to support and help to. We got their full attention.

I have recently lost my husband,so Dee was very patient and understanding,considering I was specific in wanting a mattress that I can turn by myself. The whole experience was made easier by Dee being so sympathetic and my thanks go out to her.
