The assistant was very helpful, understanding our needs exactly. We only went shopping for a mattress but ended up buying pillows as well

The sales woman Dee was extremely helpful provided valuable guidance so that we could choose the correct mattress for both wife and myself. We were able to try out a variety of mattresses and in the end decided the one for us based on budget and price was the Wakefield. Ordering was easy and well explained by Dee as was the extra warranty and recommendations for caring for the new mattress.

From the moment we walked in your Merryhill store we felt that the sales advisor knew exactly what we needed. He was not pushy but informative.We changed our mind from a drawer divan to a bed with legs and Jag was only too happy to advise us further.It was not a problem at all that when we decided on a headboard also he fetched it out the store room for us to look at. The information with regards to the mattress was brilliant.It was funny to see so many people walking round with their pillows to try different beds. We ended up buying a frame headboard mattress pillows and mattress protector.
