The salesperson, Dee, was exceptionally helpful. She was well informed on all the products i was considering and provided informative and constructive assistance. She was able to help me make choices without telling me which products to buy.

We entered the store and the manager who was with someone at the time acknowledged us as we walked through the store. We walked around the store and everything was labelled up clearly so we could see what we were looking at. The manager Abs approached us to see if he could help, made us a cup of coffee which was much needed and took his time to actually listen to what we were after. He knew everything about the beds and mattresses and it was clear when speaking to him. We lay down on all the different kinds so we could feel the difference for ourselves, he explained the price differences and was friendly in doing so. He wasn't pushy and it was a refreshing change compared to Bensons for Beds who simply ignored us as they were busy chatting to other staff members. When we had decided, he made sure that we were happy with our decision and showed similar alternatives to make sure we didn't feel pressurised. His sales approach was very welcome, and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending him or Dreams to anyone. Anything we need for our beds we will 100% be back so he has made a customer for life. My wife and I both agree that he is a credit to the company.

Sam and Abs the manager were professional, friendly and their conduct excellent. Sam and the manager were highly effective in answering any of our queries and know the products extremely well and were happy to find exactly what we are looking for.

JAG was very knowledgable and friendly. He listened to my requirements carefully and showed us what we were looking for. ...then discussed merits ect and then discussed items he felt were worth considering and showed us accord]ingly . must admit he was right and we purchased . everything was fully explained in a very friendly but business manner...must say he was a credit to himself and Dreams....well done

Customer service was very good we were given time on our own to lay on the bed to confirm in our minds that that seemed to be the right mattress for us after the assistant helped us to chose the correct mattress for us my husband does wake with backache when he gets upon a morning,also I am a lot lighter than my husband ,delivery service as well is within a few days of purchase ,so far a happy customer .
