explained to the assistant exactly what i was after and she showed me the best options whilst listening to my price range without pushing higher priced products. Spent time with me to aid my decision making and even before purchasing she gave me estimated delivery dates which was really useful. second assistant was really helpful and explained to me the different types of slats and the benefits of them and also took the packaging off the clearance mattress i purchased to allow me to see the condition of the item

All of the people I dealt with in store were professional, friendly and helpful. I didn't feel pressured in any way. I was left to consider the different options, but staff were immediately there when i needed assistance. Couldn't have asked for better customer service.

When we got to store we ask if needed assistance we said we okay then left alone to look round the store in own time when we was ready the manager was there answer our questions and wasn't pushy or rude just helpful to us and buying a bed made proses easy to understand

We dealt with a guy called: Jag The store was very busy on the bank holiday and you could see the sales staff were making sure everyone was seen to. We tried out a bed in a "box" which took around 7 minutes, This was not easy as I am disabled and in a wheel chair but Jag assisted me very well. Then Jag came back asked what we thought, He was busy dealing with a few other customers at the same time, and as we wanted to have a little rest and a look at the same style beds with diff mattresses, he made us a cup of coffee while he dealt with other customers. He then went through EVERY detail with us about the bed, mattress, Draws and even massage. Then talked about the sizes, how much bigger in inches each bed was. even down to the sheet sizes!! He also knew about the VAT relief I was entitled to, I never had to ask he told ME ! Very experanced staff member and was very nice to deal with. Also never once pushed us to buy ANY bed while we was there!!

Felt at ease on entering the store with no pressure at all to buy, the staff were very friendly and gave all there knowledge on the kind of product which was best for our needs.

My girlfriend and I were treated very well by Sam who assisted us with our purchases. She was clear when communicating with us and made sensible suggestions which suited our needs. It was pleasure to shop at the store today and I would recommend the store on that basis.

Dee was very knowledgeable & helped us decide on our perfect bed.
