Overall I felt the staff were very friendly and helpful. It didn't take long to find the product I was looking for and I found the staff to be very informative. Staff member Faye explained everything to me in full when going through the point of purchase. Would definitely recommend!

Jas sales assistant was very helpful, Sourced the product I was looking for. And explained best options I went in to buy a mattress but ended up buying a double bed & 2 mattresses. Knowledge and helpfulness was exceptional.

The manager ABS had all the time in the world for us. And spend a great deal of time explaining the different options, it was great being able to try different mattresses. This was very important to us, as my husband has a particular problem with his back. We did not feel under pressure, and was put at ease when lying on the different beds. ABS did not try to sell us the most expensive mattresses, but the mattress that was right for us.

Abs was professional and efficient. He was friendly, genuine and knowledgeable. He was very helpful and great with my son.

Faye, the sales assistant was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She was very attentive and offered my husband and I tea/coffee during our visit. She went out of her way to help us decide which mattress was most suited to our needs. Checkout was very fast and efficient

Jag and the team were amazing so helpful couldn't do enough for me they catered for every single need would highly recommend this store and their staff. I'm one very happy customer left with a great bed and even an ice cream. Thank you
