Very pleased with the assistance l received in finding exactly what I was looking for

I couldn't fault the service or help I received on purchasing a bed and mattress everything was explained and mattress tried twice to make sure I made the right purchase and was not pressed to hurry up,it was nice to be treated like a customer and to be offered a drink before I even made a purchase even if the manager was a red fan.

Store assistant, Faye, gave us time to look around then gave us advice on how we could best select the items we were interested in. There was no pressure to decide quickly, in fact we were encouraged to take time to get the decision right. Very pleased with complete service.

Staff was very helpful and understanding of our needs, customer service in this store where I bought my bed from is excellent, I will deffinantly re-visit this store when I need to purchase another bedroom item.

The assistant (Sam) was very helpful and able to direct us to the mattresses that fitted our criteria. Service was speedy, friendly and informative.

Everything in the store was clearly marked for comparison purposes & the salesperson was very helpful.

I bought a bed from this store for myself, several years ago, and have since recommended you to friends, who have also made purchases. On this occasion I was buying for grandchildren. Neither they nor I knew what they wanted, but our ignorance was soon averted by the speedy intervention of a sales assistant, who without being pushy, provided a comprehensive understanding of the various products. The whole testing and buying experience was supported excellently by knowledgable and courteous staff.

We were assisted by Dee who was very helpful in explaining the different types of mattresses that were available. She was not at all 'pushy' and left us to make our decision whilst she made my partner a drink. The other staff were also very friendly and occupied my 2 year old son with a toy whilst we completed the paperwork. With staff like this and a friendly atmosphere, it's obvious to see that staff enjoy their jobs. Thank you for making our visit to Dreams an enjoyable one. We will definitely be recommending you to our friends and family and we will see you in 8 years when we replace our mattress if not before for something else.

Your store manager Abdulla was most helpfull he went out of his way too help us would have no hesitation in recommending family and friends to visit this store it was 5* treatment no pressure selling

An excellent showroom with good parking and a wide choice of products on view. The assistants where very helpful and had excellent product knowledge
