Jennifer the lady that served us , she was a credit to dreams, answered all of our questions, very knowledgeable, gave us advice, she was a wonderful.lady, really looked after us .

The staff at Dreams in Brierley Hill were very welcoming. They had very good knowledge of the products. They ensured they listened to what I needed and tailored my order around that. Both Kelly and Jag at the Brierley Hill store were very good in understanding what I wanted and provided me with all the correct assistance. Jag was very knowledgeable about the products which enabled me to make a better choice. Overall a fantastic shopping experience, which was made by Kelly and Jag and I would recommend this store to others. Thank you.

Heather was very attentive, the weather was extremely hot and uncomfortable but she kept us well supplied with drinks to keep us as cool as she could. The bed was for my 14 year old son and she was verya ttentive and patient with him as he was so fussy.

So friendly, yet professional and an absolutely speedo service once we committed to buying Excellent!
