Dreams - Brierley Hill

As we entered we were greeted by an assistant called Faye who offered us a drink. The assistant was polite and talked us through the types of mattresses there are. Which was great, as it helped us understand the differences between the mattresses. They showed us some mattresses and also gave us time to look at sone on our own.

The. Cleanliness of the store and knowledge of the staff made it a very pleasurable shopping trip,even providing distractions for our children so that we could make a decision.

Visited dreams just to look at beds and gain prices. We were approached by Sam who asked if we had an idea of what we were looking for and we explained our requirements, she was excellent providing product knowledge of items suitable to our requirements and happy for us to return to products we had already looked at when comparing different mattress's . Sam was very prompt at pricing the different possibilities we were considering. Due to Dreams pricing and especially Sam's professionalism we ordered a bed before we left the store. A special word of praise for Sam because I was expecting an hard sell attitude before entering the store only to be greeted and assisted in a caring attitude. Thank you Sam !

Juggy was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He encouraged us to try out different mattresses and pillows to suit our needs. He had a wealth of knowledge about best sleeping positions and ways to improve our quality of sleep. He also engaged our children and took on their opinions and needs. We were kindly given hot drinks too. We took some time to decide what to buy and at no point did Juggy hurry us or make us feel pressured. I would highly recommend our friends and family to come and see him.

Both assistants we spoke to were very informative about all the products we looked at. We were looking for 2 beds, one for ourselves and one for our son. A bed is a rare purchase so it was important we felt that the choices given to us were the right ones.

Dee, the assistant, asked us what our needs were and then guided us to suitable mattresses and bases. She was also able to help us decide on a headboard.
