Sam was very informative without being pushy. She had good product knowledge, understood our needs and also made helpful suggestions.

Very friendly staff. Excellent with the children allowing us to look at products and make a proper evaluation of the beds on offer, especially the store manager. Excellent product knowledge with no pressure to buy and remaining impartial throughout. Would highly recommend the store to friends and family.

On arrival we had a quick look round then was approached by a member of staff. She was very helpful indeed. With her knowledge of all mattresses and beds we bought 2 mattresses for our children.

Faye at the Merry Hill store was the assistant who served me. She listened to my problem - I needed a really low bed as I have broken my arm - and used her knowledge of the stock in store and of the new lines you carried to come up with an excellent solution which mixed a sale mattress and new base. Furthermore she got other staff in store to move a number of mattresses onto the identified base so my son could test it before we bought. Faye's friendly approach and can do style really helped us solve our problem with the bed height. We had considered buying from a competitor before coming to Dreams. After speaking with Faye and finding a bed that worked for me, we ordered and paid for the bed the same day. Thank you Faye!

your Customer Assistant, Dee, was very professional and helpful. She advised us of product upgrades of which we were unaware. This enabled us to purchase the most suitable bed and mattress for our requirements.

The Lady and Gentleman that was in the shop were very pleasant and because they were both with customers we were given a drink while we were waiting. Dee who served us knew what she was talking about after asking us what we wanted from a mattress showed us the ones that fitted our requirement, she waited with us and talked us through the benefits of all and then went away for us to take our time trying them out. She didn't hang over us which i thought was good. I would definately return when i need to purchase further items.

We came into the store about fifteen minutes before it was closing and the manager and member of staff did not rush us and were able to direct us to exactly what we were looking for. They were helpful, polite and efficient I would go back to this store over the others I have visited locally due to their approach.

I was offered friendly assistance within minutes of entering the store, the member of staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! They assisted me with my purchase without any pressure and guided me through the many types of product available swiftly once they had determined what my needs were, excellent customer service! And all of this despite it being the end of the working day on a sunday! I was very impressed.
