on entering the store we were greeted by a member of staff who offered us a complementary drink and directed us to the product we had originally gone to get as we had seen it online we asked a question which he was unable to answer himself as he was a new member of staff so found us the next available assistant who actually pointed us to a better product for ourselves he was very knowledgeable about the products and a pleasure to be served by my complements to the staff
