Dreams - Brierley Hill

From the moment we walked through the door on New Years Day, we found all the staff extremely friendly ,helpfull and knowledgable, and not pushy at all.Coffee and Tea were welcome too. Jag in particular was very helpful and attentive, particularly as the store was so busy too. Must admit had a real laugh with all the staff which made the 'buying experience' a real pleasure, delivery lads (William and 'mate') superb too, thanks to all.

We went to Dreams due to a friends recommendation and also good reviews on line. We were greeted as we entered the store and the assistant sourced a colleague who had the knowledge and expertise to help us. All the staff were great - loved the Tempur 'POD' - and the assistant listened to what we wanted carefully, offering alternative choices across a range of products and prices. An all-round positive buying experience and we can't wait for the new mattress to arrive!!

Firstly we were not jumped on like a lot of stores, Faye came over after we had had a little wonder round and went through the different types of mattress, the coloured borders for guidance and the pricing. After offering a cup of tea, which was lovely, she left us to browse and make our choice. She went through all the buying process and the extras we could purchase eg removal of old mattress and 8 year cover and this was done very smoothly and without being too pushy. We've often walked out of a store with a too strong sales force so this was a nice change. We'll be bringing our parents here when they are ready to change their mattress as overall it was a good experience and the sale prices were very competitive with online prices.
