We went in to this store before making this order, we were shown around by Daniela and she explained all the different type of mattresses to us and what colours were firm/ soft etc. We thought the mattress were a bit pricey but we have only ever bought a cheap one before so we got what we paid for. Daniela was very helpful , offered us a drink, gave us all relevant leaflets. Sold us the insurance on the bed and mattress. She talked us through all the finance options which was good as I'm not too clued up with it. Looking forward to visiting again, maybe get some good pillows next time !

The service was excellent from the moment we set foot in the store. Help was offered but never imposed. We received the advice we needed & Jag couldn't do enough for us. He made the transaction very easy for us. The option of FREE delivery really attracted us would be really good if the offer was inclusive of weekends. The communication with delivery driver was also excellent. They called early on the morning of delivery with an expected delivery time slot & bed was delivered within that time slot. We would not hesitate in purchasing from Dreams in Brierley Hill again & are really happy with our mattress.

The staff were extremely helpful, polite and kind. We would never go anywhere else for a mattress again! We will be coming back soon for a temper mattress!!!
