Staff, whilst acknowledged us left us to look around at our own pace without pestering us which is our main issue with other companies. Dreams did not do this so we were happy to place an order with you.

Very good sales person who knew the products that were being sold to us. Also engaged well and took time to speak about the products in detail, we didn't feel like it was a 'hard sell'.

We were not pressured into a sale, we were left to browse at our leisure and when ready, the assistant (Jag) was friendly, polite and knowledgeable in the product on sale, we were also offered a refreshment on arrival, the store was clean and pleasantly laid out.

We were served by a sales assistant called Dee, who had excellent knowledge of the product range and asked relevant questions to understand and determine our requirements. We attended the store with our two young children, one of her colleagues kept the children occupied allowing us to discuss the products. This was excellent service!

The sales lady was very helpful and pleasant and display of the beds was good.

Abs who's served was very welcoming and offered us drinks striaght away offered really good advice and being a young couple he was a Fun Guy to be around! And left us satisfied with our purchase and it was like I knew him for years I enjoyed the experience, my first time In store was very good and he was very informal about everything!

The member of staff was very helpful and although he didn't have the item I wanted he call another branch and found me one.
