I was made to feel at ease and had a thorough explanation of what bed I would be most suitable for. I was shown the bed configuration machine and used it to narrow down my preferences. I then tried each one and was left to become acclimatised with the one I liked the most and made my decision from there.

The assistants in store were very friendly and helpful. Jenny was really knowledgable and accommodating.

The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming asked the right questions and found the perfect bed for my mom who’s is nearly 80, we had such a lovely time I will be definitely coming back soon , I’ve told friends about how nice the staff are

Heather was very friendly and professional and we didn’t feel pushed into any purchase. We were given time and space to discuss what we wanted to do.

Jenny was attentive, but not overly so. Her timing was perfect - she gave us general information about what we were looking for and then added value information about the Tempur mattresses (which I had no intention of buying!). I went to the store looking for a bed base only and with a preconceived idea of what mattress I thought I wanted. Jenny explained the benefits of the Tempur mattress & gave us insight into the technology. She let us to explore the different mattresses and then when the time was right appeared with two pillows to enable us to have the full reclining sleep positioning experience!! When we were doing the admin she listened to our needs and made attempts to offer value for money.

We visited after our daughter had bought a mattress from the store a few weeks before and she was very pleased with her experience. We tried the sleep match scanner which was impressive and were shown a selection of different types of mattress in different price ranges. We were guided by Ragdeep who was very knowledgeable about the range of mattresses that had been picked out as suitable for our needs. We were given a drink and time on our own to discuss our choice and try the beds we were deciding between. In the end we decided on the Tempur mattress as we felt it was the most comfortable.

Kelly was fantastic, great product knowledge. Friendly and helpful but also gave the right amount of space for me and my partner to talk things through. We were not actually going to buy that day, but did sue to the service we received.
