The lady that I dealt with was very good, very helpful and was lovely to deal with.

Found the brand names that we where interested in and the assistant knew about the products available and suggested that we try a range of beds and pillows together, which I have never done at any other bed retailers, to enable us to find a pillow that was completely suitable with our chosen bed. The assistant was interested in our needs and not trying to rush us.

The staff were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable which made the whole experience easy. We tested lots of beds and picked something that was perfect for us. The manager was on hand to answer all our questions. Brilliant service. Very happy and looking forward to a good night's sleep 😊

I was greeted by Abs, he offered me a coffee and gave me a pillow to use so I could test the beds. The service was world class and his colleague Jag also kept us entertained.

My son brought me to select a new bed in my wheelchair. I was surprised at the amount of time I was given to make my selection. Nothing was too much trouble, and eventually I chose the bed I would feel happy with. It will be delivered before Christmas and I am looking forward to it arriving. Thank you.

AS I ENTERED THE SHOP THE SALES ASSISTANT APPROACHED ME TO SEE IF I NEEDED HELP. THIS WAS DONE GENTLY I DID NOT FEEL HARASSED. I WAS GIVEN A NUMBER OF CHOICES TO MEET MY REQUIREMENTS. THE SALES PERSON, SAM, WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE PRODUCTS. THE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WAS ENJOYABLE TO SUM UP YOU HAVE A VERY GOOD SALES PERSON AT THIS BRANCH
