Friendly, very knowledgable staff who were not pushy and helped us make the right choice. Being made a drink while testing mattresses was much appreciated. There was also a wide variety of mattresses available to test

I was greeted within minutes by a lovely lady called sam.at the dudley branch. She asked what i was looking for and explaied the products well to ensure i purcjased just tbe right one.she was very efficient and friendly. And i will certainly be returning when i need to buy again

Sam, our Advisor at the Brierley Hill branch, went above and beyond to accommodate us. We only went in for a new mattress but saw a bed frame and came away with that too. I had previously ordered a frame with another company which I wasn't happy with and the team at Dreams really helped us. Left feeling really happy and would definitely come back in the future.

The staff were all friendly as soon as I entered the store and I was helped by a colleague who knew which mattresses would be suitable for my partners bad back. We were done within 15 minutes of entering the store. Great quick service.

There appeared to be plenty of choice; we were given plenty of time to make our choice & the assistant was available when needed, for advice and information but also withdrew when necessary for our privacy.

Jenny the Advisor was most helpful and gave us time to consider before making up our minds. She also made us coffee
