We visited quite late on a Saturday afternoon the sales assistant Faye was really helpful offering us a coffee and explaining the product to us we didn't place an order then but returned the next day, this time Dee looked after us and again was very helpful as we're all the staff in the shop

We visited the store to research a new mattress thanks to Jenny's excellent attentive and expert service we returned the following day to buy a TV Bed to house the mattress ! Because we felt so comfortable with her service we had a good look round and found the Bed which we really liked but were not looking for at all. I am reasonably commercial in my dealings and went home to calculate what deal would convince me to purchase the bed. Jenny came up with an offer only £35 above this with all items covered. Great service and value for money . A cup of coffee and some time to consider added to the experience . No pressure just help in purchasing a product which will enhance our lives. The girl did good for Dreams and us .

We knew what we wanted...asked a gentleman and he took us right to it and explained everything..worked out a price which we were happy with and so we placed the order. Was given coffee whilst paperwork was sorted.

We are moving house so we're looking for new beds for us and our children. Faye spent time assessing our requirements & then showing us different styles of beds.

Jag was helpful, he upsold, but was not pushy We were pleased with our purchase

STAFF INFORMATIVE, POLITE AND VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL

The staff were very helpful and showed a lot of knowledge about the product we were looking for, they let us take our time in choosing a mattress and gave us information about all the mattresses. We didn't feel pressured into buying. We feel we purchased the right mattress for us.

On arriving at the store, we were greeted with a very helpful member of staff. We were very impressed with the variety of beds and mattress's available. Samantha was very welcoming and we were given help and information about what we were in store to purchase. After a check on what was available with delivery times on products we chose, we were also given the opportunity to also purchase other products ie pillows etc but we did not them. Also there was an offer on 3 for 2 but again we did not need these items. Thank you for all the help given.
