Staff were attentive but not pushy.

We were given lots of good advice, we never felt rushed or pushed into buying anything. Very friendly and helpful sales assistants.

Shop assistant Fay was very helpful and dealt with my order efficiently.

Jenny was very friendly and helpful. She spent time with me to choose the right products, reviewed order as needed and explained necessary information in a clear and respectful way. I would be happy to be served by her again

Faye was extremely helpful and very freindly, she saves us from buying a bed we wouldn't be able to fit up our stairs and for that I am very greatful!

They were all very helpful and friendly and took the time to understand my needs.

Jag, the salesmans product knowledge was really good. He was vey patient and courteous at all time. We tried at least 6 mattresses and took our time before narrowing it down to the final choice. He assisted us every step of the way, with no pressure. Even offered and made us a drink.

Jenny served us. She was warm and friendly. She approached us in a friendly fashion without "pouncing" on us and gave us enough time to look ourselves before making her suggestions. I have never felt more comfortable in a shop. Jenny's manger also assisted at point of sale with reference to delivery dates. He was also very friendly and we had good banter. We have recently been to America who apparently give the best customer service in the world. Jenny & her nice boss should be sent out there to teach them a thing or too as their customer service was far superior. We even got offered a cup of tea! I will gladly visit the brierley hill (dy5 1ll) store again for my next purchase it was a true pleasure!
