Sam was extremely helpful, polite and welcoming. Very pleased with the service.

The assistant (Dee) that helped us was really helpful made us very welcome. Understood our needs as me and my partner have back problems, she explained the differences between all the mattress. She made us a coffee while we decided on choosing our mattress. We were in the store over 2hrs and she was very patient and helpful throughout. Would definitely come back again.

Jag was excellent. We came in not knowing what type of bed or mattress we wanted. With Jag we had tried 5 mattresses in 15 minutes and had a short list of 2. We then decided on a divan over frame, following some great recommendations. To top it off we were even given a cup of hot chocolate.

The store assistant Dee made us feel welcome on entering the store and couldn't do enough to help us, from choosing the right mattress, and giving us excellent advice when choosing our bed. Dee's product knowledge was excellent and made our visit and purchase a whole lot easier. I would highly recommend Dreams to friends and family.

When we arrived the salesperson asked if we needed any help and when I said no they respected my answer and left me alone to browse.
