Dreams - Brierley Hill

From the time we arrived Samantha was very helpful and not pushy at all. She genuinely wanted us to buy the bed we wanted ( which was difficult because we didn't know what it was we wanted!) and were happy with. And she was very well supported by her manager whose name I forget but he was equally pleasant and helpful. Product knowledge and interpersonal skills were excellent. Both of these colleagues were a credit to you store and your company.

We went in looking for a Cabin bed and walked away with a New bed for myself fitted with a TV and two bedside tables. The helpful assistant also laughed at my jokes. It was a wonderful experience and no pun intended but since this visit I have had wonderful dreams and sleepless nights. Highly recommend!!

Dee, who served me, was very helpful and accommodated all of my needs well. She was understanding and professional even whilst I was being very picky about some aspects of the beds.

Faye was friendly and information. Manger and other staff worked well together making sure the customer was at ease in the store. Not pestered by any member of staff. Offered a coffee/tea on both of our visits regardless of if we had decided to purchase any goods. Very relaxed atmosphere and any problems discussed in full with good suggestions and support.

The store manager Abs at the Brierley Hill showroom provided me with a very professional approach and treated me with the utmost courtesy and went out of his way to resolve my problem with having to alter my choice of bed frame the whole experience was very enjoyable the way i would sum up is that at this store Excellence Comes As Standard.

Sam was extremely helpful and knew everything about the mattress we were seeking, she gave us time on our own to test the comfort of all the mattresses which she showed us. we were offered a tea or coffee while we there. Overall a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend to anybody.
