Dreams - Brierley Hill

I went to Dreams because I was looking for a mattress the same as my sister had bought but they are now discontinued, so I never thought I would find one as comfy after suffering a too firm one for two years!! The member of staff named Faye was very helpful in my needs of a better mattress, she had only just walked into the store to start work I think, but there was no messing or delay as she got to helping me with advice on what I was after & what the store had to offer. ie: telling me of the offers on some purchases & which mattress was better for my size & shape & the fact I sleep on my side I needed a softer mattress not firmer!! I was very pleased with the service she gave & overall advice which made my decision a lot easier & quicker! Ive purchased the wrong mattress three times over in the past @ other stores because the staff weren't as helpful. I would definitely shop there again for bed sheets, pillows, & more.

We were not sure what type of mattress we required. The assistant Faye was very helpful.

Dreams mattresses are of high quality but also, Sam from Dreams Brierly hill was really helpful. She didn't only recommend mattresses that fit our preferences in terms of firmness and price, she also didn't force any product onto us and let us have a browse in the shop on our own till we found our perfect mattress/bed. She was very informative and polite. Highly satisfied with our purchase and the service. Thankyou!

The Sales Assistant, Jag, was very attentive and listened closely to our needs and provided lots of information which allowed us to make a good choice. He resolved a technical issue with the computers and phoned immediately the problem was resolved to confirm delivery.

Quick and easy, in and out with no fuss and a mug of coffee.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the service I received today, I was offered a beverage as soon as I spoke to the sales person Abs. He was very helpful in choosing a mattress to suit my needs. He had impeccable customer service skills and was very friendly. He showed me all products available at dreams including bedding and bedroom furniture. I was extremely pleased with the service I received and will definitely be shopping at dreams again in the future. Excellent!!
