the colleague Faye was friendly but professional and made me feel that finding the right mattress for me was important to her. I was given plenty of opportunity to try beds of all types.

As soon as i walked into the store i was greeted by faye who introduced herself and welcomed me to the store and helped make my decision in what sort of bed i wanted for my children as was unsure of whether i wanted single beds , double beds or bunk beds and also helped in advising what else i would need as in duvets , pillows , bed sets etc and once we had decided on what we wanted and paid for it then the dreams team even helped bring it out and load it for me so overall start to finish absolutely outstanding customer service will deffintly come back again and already advised family of this store when wanting beds or bedding products .

Abs the manager was amazing. He was very polite professional helpful and extremely thorough. He spent time with us making sure that the bed matress and the pillows where exactly right for me and my partner he was a pleasure to deal with. We would strongly recommend the Brierley Hill branch and Abs to all of our friends and familyou when they are looking for their next bed
