Staff where very helpful mad me and my children feel at ease and gave great advice

Daniel was the name of the lady who assisted us and she was very helpful. we have bought a mattress and other items from dreams before so we knew we would get a good standard of service and we were not disappointed. having said that we do think your prices are a bit steep but the quality is very good so all in all we were happy. thank you dreams and thank you Daniel.

I came to the store after visiting Bensons where I didnt feel happy as the shop assistents were all sitting around a table playing with their phones when I entered the store and didnt seem interested. I wondered around the store and was approached by a member of staff who asked if I needed help. He listened to what I was looking for and offered very knowledgeable advice which i was extremely greatful for, he showed a couple of matresses which fitted my requirement. A complete contrast to Bensons, wish i had come here first!
