Jenny , your sales assistant, was absolutely fabulous in every respect and is a true credit to you. Ive trained many staff myself and she was ACE. From the time I entered the store, she was there to help me. She made me feel as if I were at home with true friends. Her patience was amazing. She had lots of knowledge and gave me expert advice in a friendly way to help me make the right choice for me.Nothing was too much trouble. I spent a considerable amount of time with Jag, who, although the shop was quite busy was attentive & informative. I had already done some research into what I was looking for & was reassured that I heard the same information from Jag when we discussed my needs and budget.

Friendly. Not too intrusive but available when we had questions. The bed was for my 20 year old son. Best shopping g trip he's ever enjoyed.....lying down for most of it. Tried lots of mattresses even given a proper pillow to try which he trailed round all the beds. No pressure felt.

the shop stay open after hours whilst we were still making decisions and finally the order, in addition we didn't feel rushed because of the shop was closing. The price was comparable to another store we had visited, Dreams also matched the interest payment terms from the other competitors store making our monthly payments more affordable. The extended warranty was also better giving us peace of mind. The deal also included FREE high quality mattress protectors for both mattresses we purchased.

We were given a warm welcome and immediately attended to.The assistant Daniela was most friendly and explained the products to us and took time in finding the correct product for our needs.
