Very helpfull staff and no pressure.

We were served by Jenny Hutchison who was very courteous and knowledgeable, and we feel confident in the product purchased. we can only assert that Jenny was a big contributor to this, and would be an asset to any sales team

Sam made eye contact and approached me when I entered the store with my family. She asked if she could be of assistance - at that time I was only looking. I approached her again and asked if she could advise me on mattress as I was looking to replace one for my King Size Bed. I was shown a variety of new and clearance mattress'. I showed interest in a clearance line - Sam gave me the details of the 'pocket springs' and advised I should try the mattress (lie down) with my husband. Sam offered a pillow for each of us and we tried the mattress as requested. Although embarrassed I understand why she asked us to do this. Sam worked out a fantastic deal - and we also discussed a double bed for my daughter in the near future. At the till Sam asked if we required any bed linen and showed us where the stock was. On this occasion I declined to purchase but will return in a few days to buy something. Before completion Sam offered me a same-day courier delivery or scheduled delivery. I opted for the scheduled delivery - again Sam checked earliest delivery date and confirmed this. Advised no specific time slot but driver would call on day and arrange time window. Wonderful service!

Everything was explained in detail without any undue pressure from sales representive. The demonstrations where very professional with good product knowledge. There were no time pressures exerted by the sales representive. Overall it was a very positive experience . The staff member (Jag) had a very good range of interpersonal skills.

We had a great experience while visiting your store. My husband has a lot of issues with his back and shoulder and has problems getting comfortable. Sam was great and looked at a lot of different things that could help him. It was really refreshing to go to a store and be dealt with by someone that was interested in OUR needs and not just selling us something that wouldn't help! Abs, the store manager at Brierly hill really helped us choose what frame and mattress we needed, helped with delivery ASAP, gave lots of information on all products, didn't push to much for a sale! Answered all questions asked.
