Abs, the store manager at Brierly hill really helped us choose what frame and mattress we needed, helped with delivery ASAP, gave lots of information on all products, didn't push to much for a sale! Answered all questions asked.

The lady who served us was really helpful but not pushy as you find this in some stores. We only went to buy a new mattress ended up buying a new bed too. All the staff were friendly,we even had a drink

The staff were brilliant with us, we couldn't decided with two beds and they even moved the mattresses around so we could test them on the bed we wanted.Made us feel at ease. Delivery was so quick also placed order on Saturday afternoon, had it by Wednesday afternoon. Had a problem with the head bored when it was delivered but arrange for someone to come out was very easy to sort out so hassle at all.

He was very understanding of our needs and was happy to go through all options to make sure we got the best bed to suit,
