We were served by Jag, who quickly found us and accessed our needs & with a non pushy technique sold us everything that we were after. I can honestly say that my wife & I only went into the store to buy some pillows & left with a TV bed, complete with 32" television, memory foam pocket sprung mattress, mattress cover & two pocket sprung pillows!! Without his excellent customer service none of that would have happened. Very pleased with our purchase & very pleased with Dreams

Abs was so helpful with every thing trying different bed and all so as we didn't have a large budge when I told him he still took his time and his experience to fine us a lovely bed in our budget he and all the staff were warm and welcoming made use 2 drinks

We were given a warm welcome to the store and offered a hot drink. We were shopping for new beds following my husband's recent stay in hospital following a decline in his mobility. Jag served us with sensitivity, humour and patience. It was a pleasure to be assisted by him and his knowledge of your products was invaluable. Thank you Jag and also your colleagues.

Nobody pushed to sell an item, just a friendly good morning, then when we needed assistance they were very quick to respond, a clean well laid out store and very inviting.

We went with the intention of just looking what Dreams offered as we had already decided on a mattress from Bensons but after talking to your sales rep we were so impressed decided to purchase one from you.

I visited the store in Solihull Retail Park, and Andy was very helpful, also another gentleman (can't remember his name) that took the time to explain the different types of mattresses. Also later that day I had to speak with a lady called Sam, and she was amazing, answered all of my questions and was an absolute pleasure to meet. Every store should have a "Sam".

We weren't "pounced "on as soon as we walked in the door as is the case in many places. Your member of staff Jag,came over and discussed options with us and advising Mom with the back up of his knowledge. He left us to it a few times so we could discuss things between us. Very polite and professional.
