I found staff very helpful got a bed and mattress in a matter of half hour I would like to thank one of your staff who was very helpful she was name Jenny thank you dreams for a pleasant visit

Manager was excellent ! He explained how mattresses were made & suitability for my needs. He went through a lot of mattresses until we eliminated down to two & he let me make the finale decision myself. I didn't realise how expensive mattresses were & I was about to leave the store without buying one until the manager came to my assistance. Excellent service in the store best service is have found in a long time. The manager was very helpful knowledgeable courteous & not pushy at all. I didn't expect to buy that day but was really pleased that I did. Full marks well done.
