Difficulty getting into store due to, as explained by staff, new build on front car park. Otherwise really happy and glad I still went in as the service was friendly and great . Thank you to all your team, a genuine service by genuine people .

We were greeted as we entered the store, assistant was very pleasant and polite and pointed out different areas of the store and products that we had enquired about, and allowed us to try out the Tempur pod whilst we were waiting as Abs was busy with another customer but came back to us as soon as he was free. He was knowledgable of the products and allowed us time to try them all. We were offered coffee and everything regarding the sale, delivery and aftercare was explained in detail in a professional friendly manner. A very positive experience.

Good assistant who helped us choose the right mattress for us

The 2 Assistants we saw were very helpful and friendly. They took time to talk to us and even moved mattresses around which was very useful. We were even offered a cup of coffee while we were thinking about our choice.
