Dreams - Brierley Hill

We arrived at the store with no idea where to begin and received a warm welcome, that was not intrusive but pointed us in the right direction of what to look at. We weren't rushed and we were given advice when we asked - exactly the right amount of intervention, without feeling we were being pursued into making a purchase. It was a welcome relief after some store experiences we had. We also felt that we were given a high level of expertise but again very much left to make our own decision. A very satisfying experience!

Great staff and good choice of beds, even offered a cup of tea!!

The sales assisstant was super freindly, helpful and simply fantastic. His approach was so good that i did not feel like leaving the store except buying something. I have rarely experienced such freindly and cordial conduct. It was truly brilliant.

Salesman was very friendly and gave us an amazing price on the clearance bed and matress we bought.

We visited the store at a very busy time, 3 staff on and approximately 6 customers waiting and being served. The manager made sure he spoke to everyone waiting and made staff aware of who to serve. We did have to wait approximately 15 minutes but he looked after us and apologised for the wait. We both thought he represented the store very well and have already recommended to our daughter to use. Well done Dreams - excellent staff and products.

In general it was a satisfactory visit to your store. the Assistant was very pleasant and helpful. this was the only store we visited, and was delighted to get what we wanted so quickly.

I was served by Abs and Sam. Both staff members appeared to have a great knowledge of their bed furniture and where able to direct myself to the product i finally purchased. They were both equally friendly and willing to answer all the questions i had.

We were met with friendly courtesy,given the information requested,then shown a number of beds to suit our verbal requirements,We were then given all necessary assistance to form an opinion, and make a purchasing decision. We were comforted to learn that there is a 40 day trial period.
