The colleague who served me was polite, helpful, made sure she understood what I was looking for, talked me through what was available and explained the differences between the products on offer. Just as importantly for me, she was friendly and not 'pushy' giving me time to consider the options before making a decision. Thank you Jenny.

We walked into the store and was greeted by a smile from Sam, she was very helpful and knowledgeable right from the start, nothing was to much trouble for her, we explained the urgency of the need for a new bed, which was when the Manager Abs stepped in to see if he could help, he was superb! We never once felt pressurised or rushed in making our decision. We would defiantly recommend Dreams, I will also add that we were recommended to you by our son who had bought a bed from your Wednesbury store. Your professional team are a credit to you.
