As a returning customer. After having my last bed for 15years. I knew there was not another place I would have brought a bed from. The quality and service is very high.

The lady called Heather at the Brierley Hill Branch was most helpful, we only went to have a look and came out with order for new TV bed mattress and pillows. Heather was most helpful and found the correct mattress we were looking for by using the very high tech sleep machine in store. She was very helpful and informative and gave great customer care. Thank you. Can’t wait for our new Tv bed to be delivered 😊

jenny was very knowledgeable. she was polite and patient with my elderly mother and solicitous of her needs . She seemed to enjoy her job and helped mum to come to a quick decision and provide us with lots of associated information. A credit to her organisation

Delighted by the service me and my wife received from Abdulla at Brierley Hill who is a credit to Dreams, we initially went to the store to buy a single base for my eldest child but ended up buying beds/mattresses for ourselves and both our children. We where welcomed as we entered the store by the staff and offered a hot/cold drink, we was then asked what are needs where for out child, but then after talking were then decided to look around the store and then decided that it was time to upgrade our own bed, Abdulla then put us on a sleep match machine to find our best mattress for our needs and we ended up buying mattress and bed for ourselves, Overall we was very satisfied with out experience

Jenny, was brilliant, we used sleep magic to help us make the choice of bed. Jenny put up with us shopping on changing onto different mattresses…..this took some time, she understood our health needs and helped us make the right decision

The service received from Jennie to choose my new bed was brilliant. She was very helpful and accommodating without being pressurising. She offered drinks during the visit and also analysed my sleep match using the machine.
