Abs was very friendly, pleasant and made both me and my husband feel really at ease with our purchase. A great sense of humour, overall a genuinly lovely guy who deserves 5 stars!

Our visit to your store at Brierley Hill was a most satisfactory experience. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and assisted us in every way possible. I am a new amputee and needed a bed to suit my disability. The manager, Abs, was a very knowledgeable person and was in full command of all his stock in your store. He listened to what we wanted and showed us several beds all of which would have suited our needs. He was attentive but not obtrusive and took his time with us. We appreciated it Abs. I can only hope we have chosen the right mattress but your 40 day safety margin gives me much comfort that I can change it for another one. Thank you to Abs and the two ladies....you were most kind to us.
