Dreams - Brierley Hill

Daniela was extremely knowledgeable about the products. We need help to decide on a mattress for health reasons. Daniela encouraged us to try various mattresses and gave us lots of information which helped us to make our choice. She brought us coffee and gave us time to try everything out with no pressure at all. When we had made our choice of mattress she helped us measure the bed frame we liked to make sure it would fit. Daniela then processed our order, sorted out delivery, assembly and the arrangements for the removal of our old bed very efficiently. The rest of the staff were also very friendly during our time at the Brierley Hill store. This was a very positive experience, many thanks Daniela

Abs was very welcoming and knowledgeable. He took time to understand what we wanted and gave us all the options. He also gave us space to make the decision ourselves without feeling pressurised.

The knowledge of Jag really helped us to consider our options and make a choice of something - a Tempur Mattress- that we had completely dismissed before. Also gave us the opportunity of trying a variety of products before making up our minds. We even left the store to look at other suppliers and then returned to make our purchase as we were impressed with the time and trouble Jag took with us and his knowledge that he shared with us. Would definitely recommend in the future.

Very friendly staff who had product knowledge and understood what we wanted . Staff helped us load the car. We only wanted a cheap bed to dress a room before selling our home but the level of service was excellent even though we weren't spending a large amount of money.. definitely return in the future.
