Dreams - Brierley Hill

Staff were all pleasant, friendly and very welcoming. We were served by Abs and Jenny. They were proffessional at all times and more than helpful. we were given time to browse the store at our leisure but give assistance and advice when needed

Went to dreams brierley hill today to find a new bed and furniture within minutes abs came and offered his assistants and went though everything I needed to pick the best bed and mattress for myself, he was very professional, approachable& made me and my family very comfortable. Him and all the team at the brierley hill store are a credit to your company and will defiantly be coming back and recommending the store to others, thank you abs and team

Abs was extremely helpful, he spent a lot of time making sure we got the right product for my son whose comfort was his main priority - talking us through all the options and helping us choose the perfect mattress :) Two extremely satisfied customers - thank you!

I was highly satisfied because the sales assistant Samina approached us not long after we entered the store asked what we were interested in assisted us in the questions we had and then left us alone to make our decision. She is superb a definate credit to you. We made our decision and with the assistance of Abs the Manager who again is a credit to Dreams made our purchase.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I went with my sister who was also looking for a mattress, even though we shared the same assistant. Samina helped us with our different needs calmly and efficiently. She knew the answers to our questions and was helpful when we weren't sure of the final mattresses we chose . Thank you Samina.
