Abdul store manager was very welcoming and helpful. We purchased a number of items a week before from this store and then returned again to purchase this item. Abduls approach of being helpful and knowledgeable rather than pushy and forceful is really what enticed us to buy as we felt comfortable and at ease. We then returned again to this store and will do so in the future although there are other stores closer.

The assistance to find the correct product was very good. Given required information regarding the fitment and shown a good range of headboards before making my chose.

Both staff members were professional and friendly. They were very helpful and informative about the type of bed we required. We were in the store for nearly 2 hours and were not rushed in anyway which was appreciated. We found the experience of shopping in your store a pleasurable one. Your staff could not have been more helpful.

The assistant listened to my requirements and was able to offer me a choice of products that met them. She was pleasant, helpful and efficient.

Staff were very friendly particularly as the shop appeared to be undertaking a big renovation at the time of my visit, which could of caused problems..

I wanted a quality bed, base and headboard but did not realise quite how much I would have to spend. The assistant showed me a similar bed which was on a special offer for another 5 days only and I saved around £300.00

Staff were helpful but not too pushy. Technical knowledge of mattresses were also good which opened up more options for us.
