Dreams - Brierley Hill

Sales assistant gave us lots of info on bed types and styles available to buy.

Staff were knowledgable and efficient. Staff seemed genuinely keen to serve you. They gave their advice without pushing and gave you time to consider your options before taking your order.

The assistant Jenny was friendly and informative about the beds. She was attentive but left us to try out the beds in our own time. We left the store and returned the next day to try the beds again. Jenny was on hand to answer any questions we had. Then we made our decision which bed to purchase. Jenny explained the comfort exchange and this was a major factor in our decision to purchase a bed from Dreams.

You manager and the lady who attended to us at the Brierley Hill store were most helpful. In their advice and assistance in obtaining what we were looking for. Like wise with the delivery men. The too were most helpful and polite.

Friendly not overbearing staff very noliagable havnt purchased a bed for years didn't realise so much choice in mattresses but we were advised well and made welcome to try over again to make sure we were satisfied . Advised us on offers that were in store very satisfied we were dealt with by lovely member of staff Jenny brierley hill .

Whilst we came in with a good idea of the mattress we wanted, Sam took the time to show us a range of suitable alternatives, at a range of price points. She explained the differences between the options, was friendly and helpful, and even got me a glass of water.

we were given every assistance we ask for all very pleasant and cheerfull and were given a drink very nice.

Friendly, helpful staff that explained things well and made us feel welcome/valued customers. Talked us through different options and gave us time to try them out. One member of staff even kept our daughter occupied playing with toys whilst we went through the figures and placed the order so we didnt have a bored 4 year old!

Was recommended by a friend, the assistant that helped me was wonderful, I think the minefield of different types of mattresses if you are not guided is essential.

Staff are so helpful. They dont follow you around which allows you to look at your leisure and when you like something they give honest advice to make sure the product is right for your needs. There advice enables me to buy what i NEED rather than what i WANT and at an affordable price.
